The week of high winds finally relaxed this morning as we left Les Saintes for Bonaire. It is a 460NM trip heading 255 deg across the Caribbean Sea.

The relaxed winds didn't last as we saw 18 to 22 knot winds on our beam. Seas were lumpy 5 to 8 feet. The crew took the day in stride. After the first two days, winds increased to 25 to 30 knots and the sea became angry. We had a couple gusts to 40 knotws at the end. Fortunately, only had 12 hours of it before arriving in Bonaire.
